BUCKS COUNTY, Penn.–Inspire Federal Credit Union said it has formed a new Human Resources consulting CUSO called Inspire Culture First.
According to the credit union, Inspire Culture First is available to provide HR services to small and mid-sized businesses in any industry and any geographical location. Inspire FCU said the new service offerings from the CUSO include:
- Employee handbooks & policy development (including COVID-19 best practices and policies)
- Employee engagement/organizational culture
- Employee relations
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Training and development
- Employment/labor law compliance
- Recruiting
- Payroll administration
‘Complementary Services’
“Inspire Culture First will help businesses seeking a fully outsourced HR solution or businesses looking for complementary resources to their current HR infrastructure,” the credit union said.
“Inspire Federal Credit Union continually assesses the opportunities in the marketplace as well as the needs of our retail and business members,” said President/CEO Jim Merrill. “It was a natural progression to launch HR services that will assist business owners. Businesses are finding it increasingly challenging to navigate through human resource practices and compliance while continuing to focus on all other areas of their core business.”
Denise Hackendahl has been named executive director of Inspire Culture First. Hackendahl will also remain the VP-organizational growth & development with Inspire FCU.
In addition to the new HR CUSO, Inspire FCU noted it has added a number of new offerings in recent years, including the Inspire Insurance Agency in 2016 and financial planning and investment services earlier this year.
