FOND DU LAC, Wis.–A new white paper stresses the role of “accuracy” as a key component of building trust.
The white paper, from Info-Pro Lender Services, said that trust comes down to two questions: Can you trust the company to keep the promises it makes? And, secondly, can you trust that they are competent to do the job?
One place to look for answers to those questions is a provider’s Net Promoter Score. In its case, for instance, Info-Pro said it scores a 66 overall on NPS.
When it comes to trust, Info-Pro noted in its white paper that its “technology safeguards accuracy, an essential goal of any business. In tax reporting, of course, accuracy is of the utmost importance and is required for effective customer service. If a lender, for instance, lacks an accurate picture of its portfolio that can lead to an inadequate or unidentified tax delinquency. This can further lead to a red flag from auditors, or in the worse case scenario, a tax sale,” the company noted.
