FORT WASHINGTON, Penn.–The $1.7-billion Trumark Financial Credit Union said it will be absorbing via merger the $76-million Keystone Federal Credit Union. The merger is expected to be completed by Oct. 30.
In a statement, Trumark said members of Keystone have voted in favor of the merger. Keystone was founded in 1939 to serve educators in Chester County, Penn., and now also serves more than 200 SEGs.
When the merger is completed the combined CU will have 115,000 members and 22 branches.
