CHUBBOCK, Idaho–Idaho Central Credit Union has won two honors from readers of a local publication here.
The Idaho Statesman reported the $4.5-bilion Idaho Central was named Best Financial Institution by its readers, and also named as Best Mortgage lender, as well.
“This extremely popular credit union is the largest one in Idaho, with 36 branches that offer personal and business banking, as well as lending solutions,” the Idaho Statesman said in announcing the honors. “This institution has been around since 1940 and has plans to move its headquarters into a new five-story building on the south side of I-84 on Eagle Road.”
As CUToday.info recently reported, ICCU has also recently purchased the naming rights for the University of Idaho’s new athletic building and basketball arena for the next 35 years.
The credit union has approximately 366,000 members.
