WASHINGTON–Both the House and the Senate are back in session this week, with the House considering several pieces of legislation of interest to credit unions.
The Senate is primarily focused on nomination hearings. Several hearings are also getting attention from CUs this week.
Among the bills credit unions will be watching, according to CUNA’s chief advocacy officer, Ryan Donovan, is HR 1799, the PPP Extension Act, which would extend until June 30. CUNA said it supports the bill.
