SACRAMENTO, Calif.— Heritage Community Credit Union has signed a contract to migrate its DataSafe Core Processing System to United Solutions Company (USC), based in Tallahassee, Fla.
HCCU chose USC as its technology partner because of the CUSO’s understanding of the unique challenges and pain points for credit unions, United Solutions said.
“United Solutions is very excited to host Heritage Community Credit Union,” said Jim Giacobbe, President and CEO of USC. “The credit union’s CEO, Ed Turk, sets the tone for his management team with his upbeat and positive attitude. The credit union will be using the full depth of USC products, including our core systems, business intelligence, onboarding, loan pricing, CRM, chat and forms processing software. Our focus at United Solutions is to help the credit union continue to grow in both profitability and efficiencies.”
Heritage Community serves members who live, work, worship or attend school in Sacramento or Placer Counties in California.
“We are impressed that USC has both withstood the tests of time and continues to innovate and improve DataSafe features,” said Turk. “We appreciate their willingness to understand the unique challenges, pain points, and business objectives we have as a credit union and to customize impactful solutions for our credit union. We look forward to their service-oriented approach, also believing USC is committed to our success and will be a partner in that success.”
‘Easy-to-Use Technology’
United Solutions has been hosting the Fiserv DataSafe Core Data Processing System since the CUSO’s inception in 1983.
“The Fiserv DataSafe System provides easy-to-use, browser-based technology that is attractive, user-friendly and feature-rich. The member data is stored in an object-oriented relational database incorporating the latest technology such as .NET, AJAX, SOAP, and more. Products such as in-house credit card processing, a best-of-breed home banking product, cross-sell products, relationship pricing, risk-based pricing, shared branching and an easy-to-use real-time SQL reporting module are just some of the system highlights,” the company said.
