LOS ANGELES–Wescom Credit Union today will be supporting World Kindness Day by picking up the tab for lucky guests at 23 The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations
across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties in California.
“Wescom’s purpose is to help Southern Californians build better lives, and one way we do that is by supporting our local communities,” said Deena Otto, SVP-marketing and administration, Wescom Credit Union. “That’s why on World Kindness Day we shared a bit of #WescomKindness with Southern California residents by surprising them with free coffee.”
Wescom said customer purchases will be paid up to $15 per transaction, beginning the moment the doors open in the morning until $1,900-worth of bills are paid for at each of the 23 designated locations.
Wescom said the latest effort follows a long heritage of #WescomKindness programs, including surprising and delighting Southern California residents on the streets, at movie theaters, restaurants and food trucks, as well as providing free coffee at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf during Daylight Savings Time each March and free Christmas trees during the holiday season.
