OVERLAND PARK, Kan.–The Heartland Credit Union Association has selected the next participants in its CUlead program.
CUlead is an acknowledgement that as credit union executives near retirement age, key staff will need step up and fill top-level roles. The program is designed to help them do so.
CUlead: Leadership Excellence and Development is a comprehensive, one-year, interactive program for Kansas and Missouri credit union staff who possess leadership potential and are ready to further develop their skills.
