CORDOVA, Tenn.–HealthNet FCU here has named Elizabeth Sharpe as its new president/CEO. Sharpe has been with the $53-million HealthNet FCU since 2012, most recently as VP.
Prior to joining the credit union, Sharpe served as an examiner of small business/self-employed returns with the Internal Revenue Service, as vice president/retail manager with Triumph Bank, as vice president/branch manager with Wachovia Bank, as vice president/branch manager with Neshoba Bank, and as vice president/branch manager with Union Planters Bank.
Sharpe received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a double major of banking and managerial finance from the University of Mississippi, followed by completing the MidSouth School of Banking. She has served on the Main Street Collierville board, Memphis Chapter of Tennessee Credit Union League board, and completed the FBI Citizens Academy.
HealthNet FCU serves Baptist Memorial Health Care employees and the healthcare community throughout the Mid-South.
