Headquarters Sold For $5.8 Million

BEAVER CREEK, Ohio—Wright-Patt CU has sold its former Fairborn headquarters for $5.8 million, the Dayton Business Journal reported.

The $2.9-billion CU moved out of its old main office last year to accommodate expansion.

The CU’s net income climbed from $22 million in 2011 to $34 million in 2013. This year, Wright-Patt has posted $28 million in net earnings through September.

The CU has 26 offices and more than 600 employees.
