WASHINGTON—Regulatory comment deadlines are approaching for several proposals of interest to credit unions over the next several weeks.
America’s Credit Unions is reminding that upcoming deadlines for comment include:
- July 15: Federal Housing Finance Administration request for information on Federal Home Loan Bank core mission activities and mission.
- August 1: CFPB interpretive rule on the use of digital user accounts to access buy now, pay later accounts. America’s Credit Unions has issued a Regulatory Comment seeking feedback on this proposal and is accepting comments through July 18.
- August 2: CFPB request for information regarding fees imposed in residential mortgage transactions. Comments can be submitted to America’s Credit Unions by July 19.
- August 12: CFPB proposed prohibition on creditors and consumer reporting agencies concerning medical debt information. Comments can be sent to America’s Credit Unions by July 29.
