BANNOCKBURN, Ill.—Great Lakes Credit Union said it has completed its merger with Phone-Co Credit Union, the third merger it has completed during 2015.
The $5.8-million, Chicago-based Phone-Co’s branch on W. Randolph St. has now become the 14th branch of Great Lakes Credit Union.
“It is always exciting when we move into a new area and can offer our merging members access to an array of products and services they did not have previously,” said Vikki Kaiser, president/CEO of GLCU.
The $690-million Great Lakes CU has 70,000 members.
