WASHINGTON—The CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council has announced it will host its first-ever CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Forum, Oct. 17-18, in New Orleans.
“This inaugural event will bring senior credit union Human Resource and Organizational Development executives together to discuss current challenges and opportunities for our industry,” said Lisa Baron, senior vice president of human resources at Baxter CU, Vernon Hills, Ill., in a statement. “Attendees will have open, meaningful discussions with one another to bring innovative solutions back to their credit unions.”
Elry Armaza, impact director and analyst at Filene Research Institute, will speak at the forum, bringing more than 12 years of management experience in the financial services industry. He will guide attendees to consider the trends and factors impacting the way they work today and in the future.
