Funds Being Raised To Help CU Employee Attacked By Shark

OCEANSIDE, Calif.–Credit unions are raising funds to help an employee of Pacific Marine Credit Union who was seriously injured after being attacked by a shark.

Leanne Ericson, an employee of Pacific Marine Credit Union, was attacked by a shark at San Onofre State Beach in Southern California. According to the California and Nevada Credit Union League, the mother of three is currently fighting for her life at Scripps Memorial Hospital and has a long road to recovery ahead.
Pacific Marine CU has asked for donations and support from the credit union community to help sustain the Ericson family during this difficult journey to recovery. 

A support fund has been opened by the credit union, and all proceeds will go directly to Ericson. Make checks payable to:
