MASSILLON, Ohio–Friends and Family Credit Union has named a new president and CEO.
The credit union said it has selected Jeanna Costanzo to lead the organization upon the retirement of Nick Langenfeld on Nov. 22, 2021. Langenfeld has served as president/CEO for the past 13 years.
Costanzo has more than 25 years’ experience in financial management and accounting, having most recently served as VP-accounting at Friends and Family Credit Union since 2008.
“In her time with the credit union, she has been a community and credit union advocate, including through volunteerism with the local community and with the Ohio Credit Union League,” the credit union said.
Prior to joining Friends and Family, Costanzo spent 11 years with Banc Ohio Mortgage Corp., where she served as the CFO/loan officer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio.
‘Love This Credit Union’
“I love this credit union, this team, and the members we serve,” said Costanzo. “I am grateful for what I have learned from Nick over the years I have spent here and appreciate the trust the Board has put in me, recognizing that I am ready to put that to use as the next president/CEO.”
Friends and Family Credit Union was founded to serve school employees and has since expanded to serve all people in Stark County, Ohio.
The search was handled by Humanidei and O’Rourke.
