FRESNO, Calif.–The $700-million Fresno County FCU has a new name.
The credit union is now known as Noble Credit Union, and has also unveiled a new motto: “Where you’re worth more.”
Founded in 1941, the 83,000-member NCU said the new name better reflects its core mission of serving members.
In a letter to members and partners, CEO Susan Ryan said the new name represents a commitment to members, “the true owners of the credit union.”
The full transition is expected to be complete by the end of the year, with the first changes taking place inside branches, online and in advertisements, the credit union reported.
Noble CU said it will be celebrating all month long, with activities and giveaways at all branches.
