BANNOCKBURN, Ill.—One former branch of McHenry County FCU has reopened as a branch of Great Lakes CU, and another will do so later this month, following the completion of a merger between the two credit unions.
“We are excited to be increasing our exposure into McHenry County as all of our members benefit from an expanded service area and additional fee free ATMs,” says Vikki Kaiser, president/CEO of Great Lakes Credit Union. “We also look forward to providing our newest members with our value-added financial products and services, as well as access to our growing collection of financial tools and consumer education.”
With the merger complete, GLCU has just under 70,000 members and is more than $720 million in assets.
