BORGER, TEXAS—Dorothy Barnes, a former AVP of the $226-million Pantex FCU, has been indicted in federal court on one count of embezzlement.
According court documents, Barnes is accused stealing more than $800,000 from the credit union while she headed teller operations. The crime occurred between 1996 and 2010, the documents stated.
If found guilty, Barnes faces not more than 30 in prison, a possible fine of up to $1,000,000, and not more than five years supervised release.
