CLEMENTS, Minn.–Members of tiny Clements FCU here have voted in favor of merging into SouthPoint FCU.
The proposal already has preliminary approval from NCUA. Clements FCU has just 297 members and $403,655 in assets. It was founded in 1960. SouthPoint FCU has $285-million in assets. The merger will be effective on July 31
