MADISON, Wis.–Following the death of its president and CEO, Dane County CU has named an interim chief executive.
The $200-million credit union named Shay Santos to lead the organization as it conducts a search to replace former president Jon Lowrey, who died June 25.
Lowrey, 67, had been with DCCU since 1996, and served as CEO for the past 13 years.
Santos was previously executive vice president and has been with DCCU for 26 years.
The credit union has approximately 20,000 members.
