LOS ANGELES–First City Credit Union has chosen Jim Miller to succeed President and CEO Terry O’Steen, who is retiring after more than 20 years with the credit union.
Miller served the last eight years as the credit union’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.
“We believe Jim’s integrity, experience, and proven competence will lead an active pursuit of First City’s goals and strategic objectives,” said Willa J. Glover, First City CU board chairman. “The board of directors also would like to thank our outgoing president, Terry O’Steen, for his leadership and dedication to First City.”
Prior to his career with First City, Miller was the senior vice president of finance and administration at Mission Federal Credit Union in San Diego and served as a senior executive at several banks.
