WASHINGTON—The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has issued two notices and requests for comments in the Federal Register seeking renewals without change of currently approved Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulatory requirements for covered financial institutions.
The first notice concerns the continuance of currency transaction reporting requirements, and the second notice addresses suspicious activity reporting requirements, Lexology reported.
Comments must be received by April 10.
