MADISON, Wis.–The Filene Research Institute will host a webinar today on the future of physical and virtual workplaces.
As part of its “So You Want to Talk About…” series, Filene said the “Headquarters & Hybrid” will focus on an issue created by the pandemic and with which many CU leaders are currently wrestling.
“This discussion is not about hybrid work strategies, policies, pros and cons...no, we've had those conversations already,” Filene said. “This is about how your hybrid strategies manifest in your physical and remote workspaces. Are you putting theory into action in a way that actually works? Are your workspaces keeping up with evolving strategies and expectations?”
Filene said workspace subject matter experts and credit union practitioners will share what has worked, what hasn't worked, and lessons learned along the way in this action-oriented panel discussion.
According to Filene, attendees will leave the webinar knowing more about:

- Where collaboration is really happening.
