MADISON, Wis.–Filene said it will host a webinar in early November to discuss the initial results of its Member Voice Survey, which it calls a “comprehensive new tool” designed to analyze member engagement.
The webinar is scheduled for Nov. 2 at 12 p.m. ET.
“Hearing your members’ voices is more critical than ever,” Filene said. “In 2022, according to the American Consumer Satisfaction Index, credit unions fell behind banks in consumer satisfaction for the fourth year in a row. In our upcoming webinar, we dive into Filene's new highly-anticipated program called Member Voice and how it is seeking to change that trend, one credit union at a time.”

The webinar will be led by Caroline Vahrenkamp, advisory services director with Filene, and Anna Bruzgullis, research manager with Filene.
The research involves responses from more than 5,000 credit union members nationwide, and the webinar will feature how a credit union can benefit from participating in Member Voice, Filene said.
