MADISON, Wis.–The Filene Research Institute says it is launching a survey on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies and practices in credit unions.
According to Filene, the survey is designed to provide industry-wide data regarding the reach of evidence-based DEI activities in organizations.
“With these results, Filene will complement and support DEI initiatives across the industry with research that provides a baseline of the current state of the credit union system, offers tailored benchmarks for individual credit unions, and helps the movement better understand the value of DEI,” the organization said.
The initiative was announced during a webinar on March 18, a recording of which will be shared with all registrants following the webinar, Filene said.
