MADISON, Wis.–Mollie Bell, known to many for her work at the Filene Research Institute, is leaving to join CUNA.
In a statement, CUNA’s COO and chief of staff, Rich Meade, did not say what Bell’s precise title or role will be at the trade group, saying only that she would be advising him, CUNA CEO Jim Nussle and others as “we continue to refresh our value proposition” and will also be “working closely with the leadership team on a variety of projects.”
Under Nussle, CUNA has been undergoing a comprehensive self-analysis, including examining the CUNA/league structure and other issues, some of which involve personnel.
“Mollie is well known for her credit union passion and dynamic personality, as well as her extensive experience in strategic planning and implementation,” said Meade.
Bell previously held positions with CUNA Mutual and Accenture.
