ALEXANDRIA, Va.—The average pay at NCUA in 2015 was $116,105 (base pay plus bonus), and 54 staff members among the agency’s 1,229 employees we paid more than $200,000, according to FederalPay.org.
The highest paid staffer was Deputy Executive Director John Kutchey, who was paid $267,500.
