FAIRWINDS To Anchor, Have Naming Rights To New Downtown Building

ORLANDO–FAIRWINDS Credit Union will be the anchor tenant in a new $81-million, mixed-use tower being planned for downtown Orlando, and will have naming rights to the structure.

The 28-story tower, called Tremont Plaza, will include a nine-story parking garage and an eight-story, 180-room AC Hotel by Marriott, according to Lincoln Property Co., which is the developer.

In addition to the naming rights, FAIRWINDS will use approximately 40,000 square feet of office space and will have a branch as part of the 5,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.

The $2-billion FAIRWINDS currently has its name on a 12-story building in downtown Orlando.

According to a press release from the developer, future plans for the building include a SunRail commuter rail platform inside the building to create a “Grand Central Station-type feel.”
