BETHANY, La.–A former credit union member service rep has been charged with stealing.
Alyse Jones, 22, an ex-MSR with Carter FCU, has been charged with the theft of $10,670 from her cash drawer and the credit unions vault, according to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office is also alleging that Jones attempted to cover up the theft by manipulating the CU’s computer system to show member withdrawals. An audit at CFCU revealed the theft and law enforcement was notified.
