BURNSVILLE, Minn.–To train employees on the introduction of a new credit card offering and to build excitement, Firefly Credit Union here tasked staff a top-secret mission of introducing the card with mini movies.
To launch the new Visa Signature card, employees were split into teams and assigned one of three missions: Introduce the release date, explain the benefits and describe the target member.
“Actors or not, Firefly employees made the most of the opportunity and created fun and educational videos with inspiration from The Office, Oprah and even a dancing T-Rex,” Firefly said.
After all videos were watched, a committee of judges decided one winner per category.
“We are very excited about the new signature credit card and the benefits it’ll bring to our members,” said Janelle Stockwell, Firefly Card Services Manager. “To be able to introduce it in such a fun way was just icing on the cake.”
