JEANNETTE, Penn.—Elliott Federal Credit Union said it has expanded to a community charter and, with it, a new name: Elliott Community FCU.
The $31-million ECFCU has 5,600 members and is preparing to open its first in-school branch, to be located in Jeannette Senior High School.
