EAST MILLINOCKET, Maine–Eastmill Federal Credit Union has named a new president and CEO to replace the retiring Dan Byron.
The $73.7-million EFCU has named Derek Hebert to lead the organization.
According to the Maine Credit Union league, Hebert joins Eastmill FCU with 24 years of experience working in the financial services industry, most recently serving as business services manager at University Credit Union. His banking background also includes both relationship and branch management roles at financial establishments in Maine, the league said.
