KINGSPORT, Tenn.—Eastman Credit Union here is the latest to announce a special year-end member dividend, saying it will be returning $8 million to members. Since 1998 when it announced its first Extraordinary Dividend, it has paid out more than $50 million.
“We like to build strong relationships with our members, and it’s been an exceptional year of relationship building,” said President and CEO Olan O. Jones, in a statement. “When we have an exceptional year, so do our members.”
