Earthmover Credit Union Moves On To New CEO

OSWEGO, Ill.– EarthMover Credit Union has named a new president and CEO. The $267-million credit union has selected Kelly McDonough to lead the organization, effective July 8.

McDonough has more than 30 years of industry experience, and was most recently CEO of Glacier Hills Credit Union, a $139 million credit union in West Bend, Wis., which she has led since 2017.  Prior to her role at Glacier Hills, McDonough led First Alliance Credit Union, a $198 million credit union in Rochester, Minn. for 13 years. 

According to D. Hilton Associates, which handled the search, McDonough has also held management level positions at Vermont Federal Credit Union and New England Federal Credit Union. 

“I am very much looking forward to making the move to EarthMover Credit Union,” said McDonough. “ I am proud of my career achievements to date within the credit union community, and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead leading the organization, and serving the membership at EarthMover Credit Union.”

The credit union has more than 28,000 members.
