ECU Partners With TMG Financial Services

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Envision Credit Union is partnering with TMG Financial Services to bolster its suite of credit card products.

The $303-million Envision CU said it already offers a “reward-rich” card program to its members, and that the partnership with TMG will now allow it to deliver a card product “backed by credit union service and principles.”

“We wanted to align ourselves with a company that holds true to the core credit union values and wants to be an active and engaged partner,” said Hollie Maddox, Envision senior vice president. “TMGFS will allow us to provide a more enhanced credit card program for our members and give us the necessary resources to sustain the level of service and products that our members have come to expect from Envision.”

In addition to enabling delivery of enhanced credit card products, the partnership will also ensure regulatory changes do not impact the way Envision serves its members, the CU stated.

“In the ever-changing regulatory environment, it is important to practice prudent risk management while continuing to provide the best products and services possible to our members,” said Darryl G. Worrell, Envision president and CEO. “TMGFS’ compliance and cardmember service expertise will allow us to have a more intense focus on the financial well-being of our members and to make strides in serving the underserved members of our community.”

“Envision’s past successes with its credit card program and its visionary leadership make this an ideal partnership for us,” said Jon Sarvis, CEO of the Des Moines, Iowa-based TMGFS. “Combining our expertise with the credit union’s forward-thinking, member-centric culture will create a competitive credit card program allowing the credit union to focus on other strategic drivers for success. Together, we will continue to grow the program to new levels of engagement.”
