DuTrac Community CU Introduces New Mobile Branch

DUBUQUE, Iowa — DuTrac Community Credit Union has added a new mobile branch.

“The 29-foot, full-service branch on wheels brings banking services to Tri-State area residents and businesses where they are — in the communities where they live, work and play,” the credit union said in a statement. “This is particularly important for residents with limited access to traditional brick-and-mortar branches.”
The $1.073-billion DuTrac added the mobile branch underscores its “overarching commitment” to financial inclusion by ensuring everyone in each community has access to essential, affordable, safe, and secure financial services.

“We’re happy to have the opportunity to serve our members right in their own communities,” said President and CEO Andy Hawkinson. “From participating in local events and offering financial education and general banking transactions including on-site loan services, this is a flexible and convenient option that will benefit many in the area.”

Available Upon Request

The credit union said the mobile branch is available for events by request. Those interested can submit a form on the DuTrac website.

DuTrac added it will soon be hosting opportunities for members and residents to tour the new service.
