DOVER, Del.–Dover FCU has entered a partnership with the Appoquinimink School District and the Appoquinimink Pathway to Finance collaboration.
The school district said it has joined forces with Dover Federal as it develops the new program and seeks to prepare students for both the workplace and to be financially sound and secure in their future.
The Appoquinimink Pathway to Finance collaboration is a complement to existing efforts Dover Federal provides within the school by offering financial literacy education to students, the organization said.
DFCU employees Nicole Hercules, Tyler Kuhn and Megan Seaser have made a commitment both within the classroom as well as on the NAF Academy of Finance Advisory board, to work with the school district to develop a state of the art financial pathway program, according to the CU.
