Dorothy May Not Be In Kansas Anymore, But The BCFP Will Be

WASHINGTON—The BCFP will hold a town hall June 8 in Topeka, Kan. that will highlight ways financial institutions can fight elder financial exploitation in their communities.

Registration for the event, slated to begin at 10 a.m. Eastern, is available here.

BCFP Acting Director Mick Mulvaney and Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt will deliver remarks during the town hall. Consumer groups, industry representatives and members of the public will also participate.

NAFCU said its Regulatory Affairs team will monitor the meeting.
