DES MOINES, Iowa–The $68-million Des Moines Police Officers Credit Union has announced a new name. The credit union is now known as Serve Credit Union.
In a statement to members, the credit unions said, “We have the opportunity to position the credit union for the next generations, not just our current members, but their kids and grandkids. When we looked at the data, our current members and industry trends, we are confident that this is the right decision for the future of the credit union.”
Serve CU said the new name honors its traditions and truly represents its field of membership and was selected for its strong connection to its core values and the values of its members.
