DOVER, Del.–Del-One FCU here is launching several television commercials it is describing as “inspirational.”
The TV spots feature people talking about their “Del-One stories,” and include members the $440-million CU has assisted in hardship, including one member’s relationship with Kay’s Kamp, a local oncology camp for children.
The commercials were filmed by Big River Film Co., which Del-One said it selected due to their company’s focus on simplicity and their ability to bring stories to life through video.
“As a credit union, one of our primary functions is member advocacy,” said Chief Administrative Officer Stephanie Preece. “This is what truly sets us apart from other financial institutions. We are grateful our members allow us the opportunity to work with them on matters that are so personal. The relationships we build daily require trust and open, honest conversations. We wanted to be able to share our mission and our vision with the community at large and the perfect opportunity to partner with (Big River Film Co.). Not only did they capture the essence of who we are as a financial institution, they captured how we feel about our members. The feelings that come from these films are what motivate our teams to come back day in and day out and serve our members and our community.”
