DOVER, Del.–Del-One Credit Union has named a new president and CEO.
The $670.6-million Del-One has selected Dan McCarthy to lead the organization. McCarthy had been serving in the role of Interim president and CEO since December of 2023, and had previously served as chief human resources officer and chief administrative officer since joining the credit union in 2019.
Prior to Del-One, McCarthy served in other executive roles at the Buccini/Pollin Group and other financial and real estate firms.
Outside of Del-One, McCarthy serves as the vice chairman of the board of trustees at Delaware Hospice, and resides in Clayton, Del. with his wife, Kate, and three boys, Danny, Tucker, and Max.
