DUBLIN, Ireland–Ireland’s credit unions remain atop a list of the best Irish brands.
In the latest research conducted by Amarach, which asks consumers to rate their experiences with various brands, the country’s credit unions finished first, as they did in 2016. Finishing second was Lush Cosmetics. Other companies in the Top 10 Irish Brands List include Amazon, Netflix and Argos have also shot up from the depths of the list to also make it into the top ten best brands for customer service.
Companies that plunged in the rankings included Mytaxi, which had trouble rolling out a new app, and low-budget airline Ryanair, which has had numerous customer service issues and recently has been cancelling flights.
