MARSHFIELD, Wis.–Simplicity Credit Union has formed a new CUSO to provide services to businesses and other credit unions that will include HR services, marketing, IT services, and operations.
Alan Bergstrom has been named CEO of the new organization. Bergstrom was most recently CMO of Community First Credit Union in Appleton, Wis., and also served as VP-brand marketing and creative services with CUNA Mutual Group. Bergstrom is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer and had the honor of providing President Ronald Reagan his daily national security briefing.
“I’m excited to be leading Exclamation Services and joining a team of individuals that are experts in their respective areas,” said Bergstrom. “We’ll be meeting a need that exists for many organizations today who may not have the resources to employ top talent in these areas. The services we offer are imperative to smaller credit unions and businesses to ensure they survive and thrive. We can provide the right resources and skills so they can focus on what they do best and let us do the rest.”
