Credit Union of Texas Relocates Headquarters

ALLEN, Texas–Credit Union of Texas has relocated its headquarters to the Watters Creek development here, where it now has more than 51,000 square-feet in the One Bethany East office building.

The new office complex sits on 17-acres at the northwest corner of Central Expressway and Bethany Drive. Previously, its headquarters was located in the North Dallas area.

According to Eric Pointer, president and CEO of CUTX, being in the communities where members live and work has always been a top priority.

“When we looked at our future strategic growth, Allen provided the perfect location for our corporate headquarters,” said Pointers. “This new location not only puts us in the center of our growing footprint, but it also allows us access to the top-notch talent in the area.”

CUTX noted it recently opened new branches in Wylie and McKinney, Texas and will soon open two more locations in Frisco and Allen.

“2019 continues to be a dynamic year for CUTX where our focus is on strategic growth – both internally and externally,” added Pointers. “Our efforts have set the tone for the overall member experience through increased productivity and operational efficiencies. Member satisfaction is paramount, and we strive to build meaningful and purposeful relationships with our members now and for years to come.”
