NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio-DoverPhila Federal Credit Union has partnered with GameStop and Park Place Teen Center here to sponsor and host a video game tournament.
Participants ages 13-17 may enter three single-elimination mini tournaments featuring games, including “Forza Motorsports 4,” “Madden NFL 16” and “Mortal Kombat XL” on Xbox 360 and Playstation 4 consoles. Prizes will be awarded to top scorers. Food, drinks, pool and air hockey also will be available, the credit union said.
“Come out on top and you will be awarded the coveted title of Game Master along with other sweet prizes,” the credit union said in announcing the competition.
There is no charge for participating.
