WASHINGTON--Credit union loans outstanding increased 1.22% in June, compared to a 0.12% increase in May and a 0.38% increase in June 2025, America's Credit Unions reported, citing numbers are from ACU's Monthly Credit Union Estimates.
Leading loan growth is unsecured personal loans (3.39%), secured personal loans (0.36%), home equity lines of credit (1.33%), credit cards (1%), auto loans (0.4%), second mortgages (0.28%), and first mortgages (1.91%).
On the decline were private student loans (-.98%).
