MUSKEGO, Wis.–Corporate Central Credit Union here held its annual meeting at which collaboration was a chief subject of focus. It also announced its new board and executive committee.
During a general session, the Wisconsin Ideation & Local Development (WILD) Initiative—a collaborative initiative between Corporate Central, the state’s CU league, Filene Research Institute and credit unions statewide—presented several groundbreaking ideas for new credit union financial products, services, and business models.
“The credit union movement is all about collaboration. Working together toward common goals, we not only define the credit union philosophy by our very actions, but we collectively drive the credit union movement forward,” said Chris Felton, Corporate Central president/CEO. “Corporate Central is sincerely thankful to our members, our volunteers, and the league for working together with us to continually find ways to improve the lives of so many people.”
Added Eric Chrisinger, Corporate Central Chairman, “Corporate Central’s collaborative initiatives with organizations like the league, CUNA, CUES, NASCUS, and Filene are based on the fundamental idea of keeping the focus on members at all times. Everything we do is for the members and we are grateful for our partners’ shared values. We thank them for their vital role in advancing the credit union mission.”
