MALBOROUGH, Mass. — The Cooperative Credit Union Association has announced the winners of its board elections.
Those elected include:

John B. (Bernie) Winne, Boston Firefighters Credit Union, and Robert M. Cashman, Metro Credit Union
Massachusetts (Small Asset Category)
Anabela P. Grenier, Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union, and Roland Draper, Somerville Municipal Federal Credit Union
Massachusetts (At-Large Category)
David L’Ecuyer, Central One Federal Credit Union
New Hampshire (Large Asset Category)
Ronald H. Covey, Jr., St. Mary’s Bank Credit Union
New Hampshire (Small Asset Category)
Brian F. Hughes, Holy Rosary Credit Union
Rhode Island (Large Asset Category)
Ellen N. Ford, The People’s Credit Union
Rhode Island (Small Asset Category)
David B. Suvall, Rhode Island Credit Union
In the reorganization meeting that immediately followed, The Cooperative CU Association reported that Winne was elected chairman, Ford as vice chairman and Covey as secretary/treasurer.
During the meeting, two bylaw amendments were also approved, with both relating to term limits. The first addresses director term limits, prescribing three terms of office or 12 consecutive years. The second bylaw amendment governs officers of the board and limits service to two consecutive terms in the same position.
