MARLBOROUGH, Mass.—The Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA), which represents credit unions in Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, has announced its new board executive committee.
The new executive committee members include:
- Chair: Frederick Reinhardt, president/CEO of Greenwood Credit Union
- Vice Chair: Anabela P. Grenier, president/CEO, Pioneer Valley FCU
- 2nd Vice Chair: Maurice W. Dawkins, president/CEO, American Spirit FCU
- Treasurer: A. Scott MacKnight, president/CEO, Triangle Credit Union
- Secretary: David Araujo, president/CEO, Service Credit Union.
Others Re-Elected
The CCUA said that while the make-up of the board remains the same after this year’s election, four members were voted to serve new three-year terms:
- Anabela P. Grenier, president/CEO, Pioneer Valley FCU
- A. Scott MacKnight, president/CEO, Triangle Credit Union
- Maurice W. Dawkins, president/CEO, American Spirit FCU
- Eileen Danahey, president/CEO, St. Anne's Credit Union

“We extend our heartfelt thanks to Somerville Municipal Federal Credit Union President/CEO Ron Draper for his outstanding leadership as board chair, and warmly congratulate our recently named officers and elected members,” said Ron McLean, CCUA president/CEO. “Under the guidance of the new CCUA Chair, Frederick Reinhardt of Greenwood Credit Union, we look forward to continued success filled with new opportunities, and achievements for the credit unions we represent across all four states."
The CCUA is governed by a board of eleven directors representing each state: Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. In addition, a director is designated to fill each category: small asset size, large asset size, and general without regard to asset size.
