KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Consumers Credit Union is building a new corporate headquarters here in the Groves Center.
The 22-acre site will be home to a three-story, 80,000-square-foot building, and will include wellness amenities, ample parking and space for future growth.
“With Consumers Credit Union now serving over 61,000 members at 16 offices, our growth has led to team members working in multiple locations,” said Consumers President and CEO Kit Snyder in a released statement. “Our new headquarters brings us the space and infrastructure needed to support collaboration and teamwork to continue to bring world-class member service. It also becomes one central location for recruiting and retention of West Michigan talent.”
Construction is expected to begin late summer 2015. The facility is expected to be completed in 2017.
